0479 Solving the bridge of electric furnace dust
Turning on two Brodisks with a time difference! Introduction of an example that solved the bridge of electric furnace dust.
This is a case where we received a call stating that a bridge is occurring in the tank of the air transport device. After hearing about various conditions, we determined that there was no significant risk and proceeded to inform them of the model selection and layout. However, the customer expressed that they "do not want to repeat the same mistakes as before with the actual machine," so they decided to observe the effects of our equipment using their own 1000mm hopper. We lent them four units of our equipment (blow disk) necessary for this, and after testing, the results were very favorable, leading to immediate adoption in the actual machine.
